STUDENT LEADERSHIP & ADVOCACY

Kutoa creates opportunities for students to find their voice, build meaningful connections, and become more confident leaders and advocates. Whether through a year-round community or a one-day experience, our programs put students in rooms, conversations, and experiences that show them they don't have to wait to make a difference.

KUTOA ADVOCATES

The Kutoa Advocates Program is a way for high school students to get involved, give back, and grow as leaders. Advocates build leadership skills, earn service hours, and learn what it means to create impact through meaningful action. Monthly meetings bring students together for a mix of fun, connection, and service—making a difference while building community along the way.

ADVOCACY DAYS

Take Leadership Beyond the Classroom.

Kutoa Advocacy Days are immersive experiences that bring students together for a full day of leadership, advocacy, government, community, culture, and service.

Students travel together, meet leaders and decision-makers, participate in workshops, visit civic and community institutions, serve alongside local organizations, and build connections with students from across the region.

BUILT FOR EVERY STUDENT

You don't need a leadership title. You don't need experience in advocacy. And you don't need to know exactly what you care about yet.

Our programs are nonpartisan and designed to bring together students with different backgrounds, experiences, interests, and perspectives.

You just need to be willing to show up, meet people, and get involved.
