“Kutoa Foundation’s drive towards making an impact on education worldwide is what connects to my core beliefs: education as a fundamental human right, empathy given to all individuals, and initiative towards making a change. Before I joined the team, its “for youth, by youth” mission inspired me to truly make a difference by my own means through service, organization, and—above all—compassion.

As a newer member, my role in Kutoa is in Internal Development. While Kutoa operates with remarkable precision, even the most fine-tuned machine requires thoughtful maintenance. Through organization, clear communication, and a people-centered approach I ensure responsibilities can remain balanced and meaningful connections can be made. In this role, I have strengthened my skills in public speaking, confidence, and collaboration, reminding me that Kutoa is not only an organization that uplifts others, but also one that helps its members grow.”
