“During my early years in high school, I was lucky enough to be chosen for this incredible Mission Trip to Tanzania that totally changed my perspective on life. It wasn’t just a regular trip; it was this eye-opening experience where I got to meet and connect with amazing Tanzanian street children. These kids, despite facing so many challenges, were some of the kindest and most hopeful people I’ve ever met. They really made me realize how much I want to help others and make a difference in the world.
Ever since that trip, I’ve felt this strong pull to do something meaningful with my life, especially for those children who touched my heart in Tanzania. Their stories of resilience and their dreams for a better future really stuck with me. Now, I’m all about standing up for their rights and working to give them the opportunities they deserve. I want to create a world where every kid, no matter where they come from, has the chance to thrive and chase their dreams. This journey has become a big part of who I am, and I’m determined to keep fighting for these kids and making sure they know they’re not alone in this journey.”
