We believe opportunity can change the direction of a life. Our work is built around making that opportunity more accessible—whether through education or leadership.

Around the world, millions of young people have the ability and ambition to learn but lack access to the opportunities and resources that make education possible. We invest in students, schools, and learning environments that create pathways toward a stronger future.
At home, young people are ready to make a difference but aren't always given a seat at the table. We create experiences that help students build confidence, develop as leaders, understand advocacy, and turn their ideas into action.

WHY BOTH?
Education and leadership may look like two different areas of work, but they're rooted in the same idea: access creates opportunity.
For one student, that opportunity might be entering a classroom. For another, it might be entering a room where their voice is finally heard. We want more young people to have access to both.
